Helping women navigate their post-work stage in life.
Our Focus
Many women entering the post-work stage in life have unspoken habits from earlier stages of their life: More effort, more certainty, more doing. The post-work stage of life invites women to journey from having to know to being. Betty guides women through that journey. She invites discovery, reflection, and action resulting in living an intentional life, in abundance.
Our Approach
I Help Women Shape Their “Post-work Stage”- I create a warm and spacious environment that encourages curiosity, humor, and discovery.
After decades of working, achieving, and caring for others, many women find themselves asking, “What now?” I help women explore who they are beyond roles, routines, and resumes - to create a post-work life that’s rich in meaning, connection, and authenticity.

Change is inevitable.
Growth is optional.
Go for it.
You may be asking, What now? I guide thoughtful conversations and explorations to help
women shape a new way of being-rooted in purpose, freedom and connection.
About Me.
Over the past 25 years, I have worked extensively as an executive coach, supporting executives
and senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies and prestigious U.S. universities.
What’s Now: Life Beyond the Career Chapter - I work with accomplished women - often at a
transition point after decades of career success and juggling familiar roles- helping them move beyond those roles, routines, and resumes to design a post-work life rich in meaning, freedom, and connection. Through personalized coaching, group offerings and retreats, I guide them in discovering their next chapter and what’s deeply fulfilling.
